In this guide, we will walk you through what you can do once your dataset has been indexed, processed and is now available for use in Datascape.

Overview
Available data are the datasets that have been successfully indexed and processed by BigGeo. Once datasets become available, they can be enabled for use in map templates, allowing you to start creating your maps.
Dataset Management
In the available datasets area, you can manage your datasets. From here, you can:
Manage compute access for datasets to be used in map templates
Enable dataset access in map templates configuration
Refresh datasets when they encounter unexpected errors
Manage Compute Access
This is the primary admin control that determines whether a dataset is granted access to your available compute resources. Datasets with granted compute access can be used when creating map templates and configuring the map interface.
Compute On
The dataset has been granted access to use available compute resources in the map templates interface.
Compute charges do not apply if your compute access is enabled here; charges only incur once a dataset is actively used in a map interface.
Compute Off
Dataset compute access is disabled across the entire Datascape portal. Consequently, the dataset will not be accessible on the map interface, and all ongoing compute operations will be turned off and disabled.
