Overview

The map template configuration is designed to keep your map interface clean and organized. It allows you to view all enabled datasets for the map template, the available areas, and additional customization options such as aggregation settings and map engines. Here, you can decide whether to display these elements on the map interface panel or retain access without displaying them.

Configure Datasets

In the datasets table, you can see all the datasets that this map template has access to. These datasets were enabled when initially creating the map template or when managing the available datasets. You can also decide to keep access to a dataset for this map template without making it visible or usable on the map interface's dataset panel by toggling the “Map use” option.

Configure Area Boundaries

In the available areas table, you can see all the area boundaries available in this map template. This includes both the saved areas you’ve created and the saved regions provided by BigGeo. You can make areas visible on the map interface's areas panel by toggling the "Map use" option.
